"Credit repair services" means all actions taken by Credit Score Helpers, on behalf of Client, related to the removal of any errors, misrepresentations, outdated and/or unverifiable information from Client's Credit Report(s), and/or any Credit Score Helper's attempt to remove the same, as permitted under New York State Law and Federal Law (15 U.S.C. S 1681 et seq.).
